Shipping policy

SHIPPING

For deliveries within Sweden, please allow 3-5 business days. For international orders, delivery typically takes 3-14 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may be longer in remote areas. For more precise information about your order, feel free to contact us at hello@ateliersuede.com.

 

RETURNS

You are welcome to return unused items within 14 days of delivery. If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

For returns within the EU, you may:

- Use our return form and drop the package off at a service point (69 SEK / 49 DKK / €6.90 will be deducted from your refund)

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with a description and photos at hello@ateliersuede.com, and we’ll make sure to send you a replacement.
