Shipping Policy
At Atelier Suede, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping destination & times
We currently ship to the EU. Typical delivery times are:
・ Domestic: 2 – 5 business days
・ EU: 5 – 10 business days
Please note that customs or local postal services may affect delivery times.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping is offered on orders over 700 SEK / 70 EURO.
Returns & exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Please note that there is a return fee of 60 SEK / 6 EURO that will be deducted from the refund.
How to return
Contact us at support@ateliersuede.com to initiate your return.
We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization.
Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Please note that there is a return fee of 60 SEK / 6 EURO that will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
