SHIPPING

Orders over 2000 SEK within the EU ship free to your local postal agent. All orders are delivered to your nearest pickup point.

For deliveries within Sweden, please allow 1–4 business days. For international orders, delivery typically takes 2–14 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may be longer in remote areas. For more precise information about your order, feel free to contact us at hello@ateliersuede.com.

 

RETURNS

You are welcome to return unused items within 14 days of delivery. If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

For returns within the EU, you may:

- Use our return form and drop the package off at a DHL service point (79 SEK / 59 DKK / €7.90 will be deducted from your refund), 

or

- Arrange the return shipping yourself. (Required for UK and Norway. Currently, we do not offer returns from other regions.)

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with a description and photos at hello@ateliersuede.com, and we’ll make sure to send you a replacement.

If you're located in Stockholm, it may be possible to return your item to our office. Please get in touch via email for more details.
